姓名、電話、性別、人數、床型、入住日、退房日、預計抵達時間。
Please mention clearly your
Full Name, Gender, Passport Details, Contact Details, Check In Date, Check Out Date,
Number of People and Estimated Arrival Time.

一. 請先詢問確認是否有空房。

訂房專線開放時間為每天11：00 - 22：00，此時段外請以電郵來信訂房，
我們將於隔天中午前回覆。
二. 確認訂房意願後，請於兩天內完成全數匯款。
若兩天內未能確認收妥匯款，將取消為客人保留『床位』。
如有特殊狀況，煩請與我們聯繫，以確保您的訂位。

邀付訂金前請跟店員重覆確認入住資料如入住日、退房日、人數以避免誤會。
三. 完成匯款後請跟我們確認，並告之
姓名、手機號碼、轉帳後五碼、轉帳金額、抵達時間。
四. 入住時間為PM3:00至PM10:00。
退房時間為AM9:00至AM11:00。
如有需要，可先寄存行李或提早退房，惟請先告之並妥善保管貴重財物，
本店對任何失竊事件恕不負責。
五. 入住前請交妥住宿餘額，並請供身份證件供查對。

Reservation Hotline is open every day during 11:00 to 22:00, outside this period please send email or message for booking, we will reply the next day before noon.

For reservation, please submit the following information by email within 24 hours:
Full Name, Gender, Passport Details, Contact Details, Check In Date, Check Out Date, Number of People, Estimated Arrival Time.

We will reply for the confirmation.
四. Check in time: PM3:00 - PM10:00
Check out time:AM9:00 - AM11:00
If necessary, you can leave with the luggage, but please keep valuables we are not responsible for the lost.
